Subject: [PATCH tip/core/rcu 17/18] rcu: Enable stall warnings for synchronize_rcu_expedited()

This commit redirects synchronize_rcu_expedited()'s wait to
synchronize_sched_expedited_wait(), thus enabling RCU CPU
stall warnings.
