OK, so let me see if I understand this.  ;-)

KASAN requires READ_ONCE_NOCHECK() for get_wchan().  KTSAN would be
just as happy with READ_ONCE(), but READ_ONCE_NOCHECK() works for
both.

Did I get it right?
