Subject: [PATCH 7/8] iommu: Remove is_pci_dev() fall-back from iommu_group_get_for_dev

From: Joerg Roedel <jroedel@...e.de>

All callers of iommu_group_get_for_dev() provide a
device_group call-back now, so this fall-back is no longer
needed.
