Subject: [PATCH 0/4] Add generator notes to generated files

Generated files have a number of sources and it is not always easy to track
down where a file is generated. Simplify this by simply putting the
generator into the top of the file as comment.

This set adds generator notes to:
include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h
include/generated/utsrelease.h
include/generated/compile.h
include/generated/autoconf.h
include/config/tristate.conf
include/config/auto.conf

thx!
