Subject: [PATCH v4] net: ethernet: add driver for Aurora VLSI NB8800 Ethernet controller

This adds a driver for the Aurora VLSI NB8800 Ethernet controller.
It is an almost complete rewrite of a driver originally found in
a Sigma Designs 2.6.22 tree.

Signed-off-by: Mans Rullgard <mans@...sr.com>
---
Changes:
- Make ethtool_ops const
- Fix race in tx path on smp systems
- Use different interrupt method on tango4
For whatever reason the old method is unreliable on tango4 and the
new one doesn't work at all on tango3. Possibly the tango4 version
should be used by default and overridden only for tango3; I don't
have any other hardware to test with. This version of the driver
appears to be stable on both SMP8642 (tango3) and SMP8759 (tango4).
