No, it'd be:
csr->srcport_lo = get_unaligned_le16(&buf[pos]);
pos += 2;
csr->srcport_hi = get_unaligned_le16(&buf[pos]);
pos += 2;
csr->dstport_lo = get_unaligned_le16(&buf[pos]);
pos += 2;
csr->dstport_hi = get_unaligned_le16(&buf[pos]);
pos += 2;
