Subject: [PATCH 01/14] tty: Improve tty_debug() macro

Incorporate suggestions for tty core debug macro improvements
 - printk(KERN_DEBUG) => pr_debug()
 - ##args => ##__VA_ARGS__
 - remove do {} while()
 - output tty_name() first
