Subject: [PATCH] KVM: x86: Add lowest-priority support for vt-d posted-interrupts

Use vector-hashing to handle lowest-priority interrupts for
posted-interrupts. As an example, modern Intel CPUs use this
method to handle lowest-priority interrupts.
