Subject: [PATCH v2] gpio: 104-idio-16: Use lowercase symbol names for const
 variables

To prevent confusion, and to match the existing coding style used in
other GPIO drivers, symbol names within the 104-idio-16 GPIO driver
should be lowercase.

Changes in v2:
  - Rebase to resolve conflict with commit 68d33ef.
  - Lowercase const variables introduced in commit 68d33ef.
  - Utilize BIT macro to match coding style of commit 68d33ef.
