We can calculate the OOB timing settings based on frequency, but it requires complex calculations and floating
point operations in the sata driver , which is running in kernel mode. To my knowledge it is not recommended
to do floating operations inside kernel mode(Please correct me if I wrong ) . Because of this reason we are reading
those values from device tree.

The ceva sata controller that we are using has support for 2 ports only and each port can
Invidually configured to have different timing settings based on frequency. So for ease of
use we thought of having separate DT parameters for port 0 and 1 .

We will try to implement this later.
