Subject: [PATCH v2] PCI: hisi: Add support for HiSilicon Hip06 PCIe host bridge controllers

This patch adds support for HiSilicon Hip06 SoC.
Documentation has been updated to include Hip06.
Gabriele Paoloni has been added as maintainer of the
driver
