Subject: [PATCH v4 11/20] PM / devfreq: exynos: Remove unused exynos4/5 busfreq
 driver

This patch removes the unused exynos4/5 busfreq driver. Instead,
generic exynos-bus frequency driver support the all Exynos SoCs.
