Subject: [PATCH V2 10/23] x86, pci: Cleanup platform specific MCFG data using previously added ECAM hot_added flag.

Now that we have hot_added flag and all information in struct acpi_pci_root
we need, we can get rid of arch specific mcfg data from struct pci_root_info.
