Subject: [RESEND PATCH v1 1/4] clk: rockchip: rk3036: fix the FLAGs for clock mux

The DFLAGS are used for the clock dividers, the CLKSEL_CON flags
of COMPOSITE_NODIV type should be MFLAGS.
