Subject: [PATCH] hwmon: ibmaem: constify aem_rw_sensor_template and aem_ro_sensor_template structures

The aem_rw_sensor_template and aem_ro_sensor_template structures are never
modified, so declare them as const.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.
