Subject: [PATCH 3/4] TTY: serial/m32r_sio, remove debug macros

DEBUG_AUTOCONF is unused.

Switch DEBUG_INTR to pr_debug. This is only enabled with DEBUG or
dynamic debug when explicitly asked for.
