modify watchdog timeout (so it detects lockup sooner) and add
printk() flood -- the code does not even disable preemption,
just busy looping, we have PREEMPT_NONE kernel.

so in this test printk()->console_unlock() was performed on the same CPU.
but in general those can be different CPUs. one busy spinning doing printk(),
the other busy spinning doing console_unlock()->call_console_drivers().
