Petr, what do you think of this (added PRINTK_NMI_FLUSH_ON_PANIC)?

1) zap_locks() in console_flush_on_panic()
2) add PRINTK_NMI_FLUSH_ON_PANIC symbols
3) add printk_nmi_flush_on_panic()
