Subject: [PATCH 3.12 10/58] ixgbe: fix broken PFC with X550

From: Vasu Dev <vasu.dev@...el.com>

3.12-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

===============

commit cb78cf12d6e90f57f6e7d090867ef19b6a189dde upstream.

PFC is configuration is skipped for X550 devices due to a incorrect
device id check, fixing that to include X550 PFC configuration.
