I wanted to get an ack or reviewed-by from Peter before applying it, and
now the merge window is closed so I can't do anything until 4.6-rc1 is
out.  But that doesn't mean that others can't review it...

Also, tty/serial patches should be sent to linux-serial@...r.kernel.org
so that others there can notice them.  I'll go bounce it there now...
