In this case surrounding all the trigger implementation  with
IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_LEDS_CLASS_RGB) guard would do.
In the aformentioned drivers/tty/vt/keyboard.c we have even more generic
IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_LEDS_TRIGGERS) guard anyway.
