Subject: [PATCH 2/7] spi: cadence: Remove _MASK and _OFFSET suffix

Remove the _MASK and _OFFSET from the macros.
It improves readability, removes some checkpatch
error for exceeding 80 chars  and also prevents some
linebreaks.
