Subject: [PATCH v3 3/3] mmc: sdhci: removal of SDHCI_QUIRK2_NEED_DELAY_AFTER_INT_CLK_RST

SDHCI_QUIRK2_NEED_DELAY_AFTER_INT_CLK_RST quirk is not used anymore so
remove it.
