Subject: [PATCH 8/8] tty: core: Undefine ASYNC_* flags superceded by TTY_PORT* flags
Purposefully break out-of-tree driver compiles using kernel
ASYNC_* bits which have been superceded by TTY_PORT* flags and
their respective helper functions.
