Subject: [PATCH] clk: samsung: exynos7: Enable clocks for CMU_CCORE and
 CMU_FSYS0 blocks

This patch enables clocks for CMU_CCORE and CMU_FSYS0 blocks. This is
required before accessing registers of these blocks.
