Subject: [PATCH 4.4 029/137] net: qca_spi: Dont clear IFF_BROADCAST
4.4-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

[ Upstream commit 2b70bad23c89b121a3e4a00f8968d14ebb78887d ]
Currently qcaspi_netdev_setup accidentally clears IFF_BROADCAST.
So fix this by keeping the flags from ether_setup.
