Based on the patchset and add the patch(Add ACPI support for HiSilicon PCIe Host Controllers).
Tested on the HiSilicon ARM64 D02 board.
it can work ok with Intel 82599 networking card.
This is the bootup log which contains PCIe host and Intel 82599 networking card part.
