Subject: [PATCH 4/8] staging: lustre: fld: add local fldb to each target

From: wang di <di.wang@...el.com>

Add local FLDB to each MDT, so OSD/OUT can check whether
FID is remote by looking up local FLDB, i.e. no need send RPC
to MDT0. This is just the client part of the work.
