Subject: [PATCH perf/core v3 5/8] perf header: Make topology checkers to check return value of strbuf

Make topology checkers to check the return value of strbuf
APIs so that it can detect errors in it.

Signed-off-by: Masami Hiramatsu <mhiramat@...nel.org>
---
 Changes in v3:
  - Avoid using STRBUF_INIT and return error directly before
    initalizing strbuf.
