Subject: [PATCH 12/24] staging: unisys: visorbus: Remove unused functions

From: Bryan Thompson <bryan.thompson@...sys.com>

visorchannel_signalqueue_max_slots, visorchannel_clear, and
visorchannel_debug which are no longer called by any driver.
