Ok, that patch does not apply to 4.5-stable, or 4.4-stable, so I'm going
to only apply it to 4.6-stable, and drop the original patch,
5e3ca2b349b1 ("regulator: Try to resolve regulators supplies on
registration") from the 4.4 and 4.5 queues.
