Subject: [PATCH 10/11] perf tools: Replace perf_evsel arg perf_hpp_fmt's width callback

Replacing perf_evsel arg perf_hpp_fmt's width
callback with hists object.

This will be helpful in future for non
evsel related hist browsers.
