Subject: [PATCH 2/2] tools/testing/nvdimm: replace CONFIG_DMA_CMA dependency
 with vmalloc()

DMA_CMA is incompatible with SWIOTLB used in enterprise distro
configurations.  Switch to vmalloc() allocations for all resources.
