Subject: [PATCH] [media] v4l2-common: Delete an unnecessary check before the
 function call "spi_unregister_device"

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Tue, 19 Jul 2016 19:54:16 +0200

The spi_unregister_device() function tests whether its argument is NULL
and then returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
