Subject: tigon tg3 firmware missing

Hello,
My network driver does not crash like some have reported.
I did an internet search for this and found that it is due to the
firmware in kernel not being set.
Isn't there a way for loading of the tg3 firmware without it needing to
be builtin to the kernel?
