Subject: [PATCH v4 1/2] Documentation: synopsys-dw-mshc: add binding for resets

Add resets property to synopsys-dw-mshc bindings. It is intended to

controller IC designs.

See Documentation/devicetree/bindings/reset/reset.txt for details.
