I think it'd be good to move this at least ahead of the vblank section.
The vblank section is pure legacy stuff, so best if we leave it at the
bottom.

Daniel Stone just did a rebranding of igt, it's now in /drm/igt-gpu-tests.
Or at least should be once the updates trickle through. Please confirm
with Daniel before respinning.
Aside on that rebranding: I think we could do a similar rebranding in igt
as IGT Gpu Tests in the igt documentation. If you feel like doing that at
least.
