Thanks Guenter. I'll send one more version of these. I believe we are
too late for v4.9 with these (Greg! If you happen to read this, could
you confirm that, just in case) so I'll give it a few days before
sending.

I'll fix all the things you point out, expect I won't add new entry
for just this driver to MAINTAINERS file, at least not yet. I'm adding
an entry for the whole dir in the previous patch, so I'm don't think
it's necessary.
