Subject: [PATCH 10/10] md/dm-crypt: Delete unnecessary variable
 initialisations in crypt_iv_essiv_ctr()

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Wed, 28 Sep 2016 16:44:32 +0200

Three local variables will be set to an appropriate pointer a bit later.
Thus omit the explicit initialisation which became unnecessary with
a previous update step.
