Yes all of them are potentially impacted (I didn't check for centos).

The LTC bug 146511 has been mirrored to Ubuntu, this way they will be
aware of, but it should be mirrored for older Ubuntu release too.

This being said, it will be easier to poke them if the patch is accepted
upstream at least on the linuxpcc tree. Michael ?
