As this isn't just a howto, can we have it in Documentation/uio/
instead?  Or, if we are going to mirror the source tree, would
Documentation/drivers/uio/ make more sense?  I'll defer to the
Documentation maintainer about this as I'm sure they have an idea of
what they want to do.
