Subject: [PATCH 1/5] fs/dcache: include wait.h

Since commit d9171b934526 ("parallel lookups machinery, part 4 (and
last)") dcache.h is using but does not include wait.h. It works as long
as it is included somehow earlier and fails otherwise.
