Hi Greg,

with inclusion of 'Fix data integrity failure for JBOD (passthrough)
devices' in v4.4.31, we currently have a regression with SCSI and macro
MEGASAS_IS_LOGICAL.

To fix it, commit 5e5ec17[1] is needed or that patch JBOD patch[2]
reverted until it is merged in mainline.

The other patches seem fine.
