I merged the first two patches into 

 git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip.git x86/cpufeatures

Paolo, feel free to pull that branch up to commit 47bdf3378d62 into kvm so
you can apply the KVM patch on top.
