Subject: [PATCH 4/5] staging: lustre: ldlm: rename LDLM_CANCEL_* flags
From: Andreas Dilger <andreas.dilger@...el.com>
Rename LDLM_CANCEL_* flags (used with enum ldlm_lru_flags) to
LDLM_LRU_FLAGS_* to avoid confusion with enum ldlm_cancel_flags.
