Subject: [PATCH 22/22] Remove obsolete cpu hotplug register / unregister functions
Users of
hotcpu_notifier()
cpu_notifier()
__hotcpu_notifier()
__cpu_notifier()
register_hotcpu_notifier()
register_cpu_notifier()
__register_hotcpu_notifier()
__register_cpu_notifier()
unregister_hotcpu_notifier()
unregister_cpu_notifier()
__unregister_hotcpu_notifier()
__unregister_cpu_notifier()
are not longer in tree so remove them.
While at it, some unused CPU states are removed here, too. This includes the
compatibily wrappers. The remaining states (like CPU_ONLINE) are used SMP
bring up code to makr the current state.
