Updated series follows.

Patch [1/3] makes more changes than the previous version (see the changelog for details).

Patch [2/3] adds a new document (types.rst) for the data type definitions and uses some
more proper markup (the :fille: markup for file names among other things).  Also the
"struct" keyword thing is now done differently.

Patch [3/3] is new and converts Documentation/power/notifiers.txt to reST (and
moves the doc to driver-api/pm/).
