commit 7c0f6ba682b9c7632072ffbedf8d328c8f3c42ba
Author: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@...ux-foundation.org>
Date: Sat Dec 24 11:46:01 2016 -0800
Replace <asm/uaccess.h> with <linux/uaccess.h> globally
This was entirely automated, using the script by Al:
PATT='^[[:blank:]]*#[[:blank:]]*include[[:blank:]]*<asm/uaccess.h>'
sed -i -e "s!$PATT!#include <linux/uaccess.h>!" \
$(git grep -l "$PATT"|grep -v ^include/linux/uaccess.h)
to do the replacement at the end of the merge window.

Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@...ux-foundation.org>
I reverted and things back to normal, report it now to see if anyone
has clue.
Thanks
Hanjun
