Subject: [PATCH 3/6] ata: ATA_BMDMA should depend on HAS_DMA

If NO_DMA=y:

    ERROR: "dmam_alloc_coherent" [drivers/ata/libata.ko] undefined!

Add a dependency on HAS_DMA to fix this.
