Subject: [PATCH tip/core/rcu 2/9] torture: Add CONFIG_PROVE_RCU_REPEATEDLY=y for TINY02

This commit adds CONFIG_PROVE_RCU_REPEATEDLY=y, which has been untested
for quite some time.
